Elzbieta Greene Co-Owner, Master Medical Aesthetician

From a young age in Poland, Elzbieta was enthralled with the fragrances of lotions and potions during her mother’s aesthetician appointments. This ignited a lasting interest in skincare, which she pursued to become an expert in her field. Today, Elzbieta is a master aesthetician who designs sophisticated, custom-made facials with an unmistakable European flair.

Dr. Edward FarriorMedical Director

Dr. Edward Farrior is a highly skilled plastic surgeon who has been named one of "America's Top Doctors" by Castle Connolly for over 20 years. He comes from a family of surgeons and has dedicated his career to improving plastic surgery practices worldwide. He has served as president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and currently runs a prestigious fellowship program sponsored by the AAFPRS.

Blaire Farrior APRN-C

Blaire Farrior, APRN-C, has worked in facial plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine for many years. She has been trained by renowned cosmetic professionals, and remains up to date on the latest aesthetic technologies. She strives to holistically enhance the natural beauty of her clients, while leaving them feeling youthful and rejuvenated.

Jennifer Sultenfuss APRN-C

Jennifer Sultenfuss, APRN-C, received her BSN from Florida Southern in 1998 and continued her studies at the University of Tampa, culminating in both an MSN and FNP licensure in 2003. She remains nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Marianne Panayides RN, CME

Marianne has been working in the aesthetics industry for over 20 years. She specializes in laser, skin rejuvenation, and hair removal. Marianne takes pride in helping her clients choose which laser treatment would best complement their skin type, current treatment plan, and aesthetic goals. Her collaborative skills and passion for all things related to beauty further enhance her ability to deliver amazing results.

Ildiko Hutchinson LE, CME

Ildiko started her career as a Licensed Aesthetician then furthered her training as a Certified Medical Electrologist. After specializing in laser hair removal, she spent 13 years leading aesthetic device trials and trainings at a large nationwide company. Over the years, she has had various other aesthetic roles working as an aesthetician, device specialist, and educator. Ildiko is bringing her lifelong experience and extensive knowledge to Elixir Aesthetics. She is excited to help her clients look and feel their best.

Paige Schlenker LE

Paige is a licensed aesthetician, specializing in creating personalized aesthetic experiences. She sincerely listens to her clients individual needs and, together, creates a customized plan for both in-office treatments and at-home skincare routines. Paige stays current with the latest advancements and continually expands her knowledge to offer the most effective and cutting- edge treatments. She is adept at offering a serene and tranquil environment, allowing clients to unwind and fully indulge in the pampering experience.

Kara Hively LE

Kara earned a Business degree from Purdue University before pursuing her passion of skincare and becoming a licensed aesthetician in 2011. Kara has a background in sales and expertise in the aesthetic, beauty, and fashion industries. She is dedicated to keeping up with the latest aesthetic treatments and developing meaningful relationships with clients. Kara provides an integral role at Elixir Aesthetics as our retail skincare specialist, developing personalized, effective skincare plans for each client she works with.
